12 week powerlifting program

New to powerlifting and don’t know where to start? Already experienced in powerlifting and want to try something new? 

Enhance your powerlifting journey using this free 12 week training program created by a NASM certified coach.

How it works:

  • Over the next 12 weeks, you’ll workout 4 times a week to build strength and work on proper technique utilizing the squat, bench and deadlift.

  • Start off with lighter weights and tempo to help you master your body and the movements.

  • This program is available for you on Google Sheets and you do not need to have a Google account to access it.

  • We encourage you to get feedback and help by those around you to help you advance in your strength and the sport.
